In the Central Pavilion, where words germinate, carried by the wind
Winged Words
Homer used the expression “winged words” to emphasize the importance of oral tradition, the power of storytelling, the speed with which words can travel from person to person, as if carried by the wind, and the precision with which they can hit the mark.
In the heart of the fourteenth edition, words find a worthy space to take flight. In the agora, there is a succession of meetings, monologues, dialogues, experiences, and inspirations.
A place of meeting, exchange, and culture.
The Sprout, uncertain revolution
The wind is one of the main directors of seed dispersal. Thus, among the trees and the shrubs that populate the project, “wind pots” appear. Pots filled with soil, waiting for the wind, insects, and birds to bring seeds. Months of patience for the miracle to happen: uncertain revolution.
The message
To set aside human propensity for control and prediction, to give space to nature’s lathe, accepting from the outset any message it wants to send. To remain listening.
In this conscious and deliberate power vacuum (from humans), an essential message is hidden, the desire to express a stance towards the world: an idea of progress nourished by culture and a few healthy steps back.
A return to naturalness, to origins, seen not as a reluctant necessity but as a deliberate and wise choice.
