A yoga experience dedicated to the soil, a moment to immerse oneself in the deep grounding that connects us to it, the eternal supporter and guardian. A physical practice that guides from the sky to soil and back, finding stability and strength in its (and our) roots. Meditation moments, accompanied by the gentle sound of the harmonium, help to deeply listen to its heartbeat and merge our essence with its own.
