Andar per erbe incantate.
Incursione botanica tra le piante alimurgiche (Wandering among enchanted herbs A botanical journey through edible wild plants)

with Abbi Molinari, wild plant forager, and Giulia Farina, literary scholar and activist

Sunday, October 5th, 3:00 PM
In the Central Pavilion and through the Jasmine Tunnels

In ancient times, identifying plants and herbs relied on the five senses — precious tools now largely replaced by modern scientific technologies.

Yet by following a path rooted in the ancient knowledge of witches and wise women — skilled herbalists aware of the healing powers of plants — it is still possible to rediscover alimurgic plants (wild edible plants). Through the language of botany, we embark on a fascinating journey to learn how to recognize wild herbs and uncover their extraordinary nutraceutical properties.

Among leaves and roots, stories and flavors, a forgotten heritage comes back to life — one that intertwines nature, culture, and wellbeing. You’ll learn how herbs once considered magical can actually be used to prepare nourishing meals, soothing salves, and perhaps even… love potions.

The event is held in Italian
