Free, Spontaneous, Untamed.
Edible wild plants hold a wealth of knowledge and flavors, often forgotten yet deeply rooted in human history. These species embody the primordial essence upon which civilization was built—not as an alternative, but as original nourishment.
At Orticolario 2025, they return as protagonists, ready to tell their story. No longer weeds, but herbs.
